Kashmiri Realtor is a property marketplace that connects buyers, tenants, owners, dealers and builders. By creating an account or browsing listings you agree to use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information, and not scrape, resell or misrepresent its content.
Listings are published by owners, dealers and builders. The "Verified" badge means our team has checked key documents and visited or video-verified the property; it is a diligence aid, not a legal guarantee. Always complete independent due diligence and title verification before any transaction.
Kashmiri Realtor facilitates discovery and introductions. Sale, rental and brokerage agreements are strictly between the transacting parties. We are not liable for negotiations, payments, possession or disputes arising between users.
Browsing and basic posting are free. Paid plans (featured placement, additional listings, lead tools) are billed as described at purchase and renew until cancelled from the Seller dashboard.
You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a licence to display it on the platform and in marketing. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that are fraudulent, duplicated, misleading or reported and substantiated by our trust & safety review.
