We collect what's needed to run a trustworthy marketplace, share it only when you ask us to connect you with someone, and never sell it. Details below.
Account details (name, email, phone, city), activity on the platform (searches, shortlists, enquiries, visits) and, for sellers, listing details and documents submitted for verification. Standard technical data such as device and log information is collected to keep the service secure.
To run the marketplace: showing relevant listings, sending enquiry and visit updates you request, connecting you with owners or buyers when you choose to make contact, and improving search quality. We do not sell your personal data.
When you enquire on a listing, your name and message (and phone, if you include it) are shared with that owner, dealer or builder — that's the point of the enquiry. Service providers (hosting, analytics, communications) process data under contract on our behalf.
You can edit your profile, switch off email/SMS/push alerts in Settings, clear your on-device search history, and request account deletion. Deletion removes your profile and unpublishes your listings, subject to records we must keep by law.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-restricted, and verification documents are retained only as long as needed for diligence and legal requirements.
