About the role
As a Property Consultant, you will work with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners to understand their requirements and help them find suitable real estate opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of work experience in any field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in speaking with clients and handling negotiations.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and computer applications.
Prior real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

What you'll do
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on property leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
- Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
- Negotiate between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update client information in the company CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Stay updated on property prices, market trends, and new projects in Kashmir.
